In revenue enablement, the sharpest strategies often start as open-ended problems.

Each project in this section was crafted in response to a specific scenario provided by a leading company. I was asked to diagnose the problem, build a framework, and design a solution that would drive measurable impact.

These examples reflect how I approach enablement when the ask is open-ended but the expectations are high: think fast, go deep, and deliver with clarity.

Gusto Embedded Payroll

For this project, I was asked to create a partner-facing sales training for Vagaro’s team to support the launch of Gusto Embedded Payroll.

The goal: help Vagaro’s reps feel confident positioning, pitching, and handling objections around payroll - without overwhelming them with technical complexity.

I focused on delivering a clear, modular resource that could slot seamlessly into their enablement strategy, reinforcing the value of GEP while giving Partner Success Managers a practical tool to drive activation and adoption.

TikTok: Scaling Product Education

This project centered on designing a global go-to-market learning strategy for an upcoming product launch at TikTok. I was tasked with building a scalable framework that balanced centralized consistency with localized flexibility - ensuring that sales teams across regions could confidently position the product in market.

The plan outlines how to drive adoption through a mix of formats, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and tie learning outcomes directly to business impact using clear KPIs.

CoreWeave: Structuring Sales Onboarding from Scratch

CoreWeave needed a scalable onboarding framework - something purpose-built for growth but tailored to the realities of a fragmented sales org. I designed a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding program aligned to role-specific needs across SDRs, AEs, and AMs.

The plan outlined how to blend product training with core sales skills, integrate certification milestones, and track ramp progress through clear metrics. I also included recommendations to shift from ad hoc tools to a scalable tech stack for long-term success.
